Yes, as a matter of fact, Ridge Run owners access Deep Creek Lake via the Bill’s Marine North, where you have access to the Club’s cruiser boat while you are at your home.
Club owners pay annual fees based upon the prior years actual expenses for the professional management, operation and maintenance of all Club residences and facilities. Included in the annual budget are funds for property taxes, insurance, utilities, administrative salaries, supplies, maintenance, window-washing, trash removal, legal/accounting and reserves for the replacement and/or refurbishing of Club facilities. Owners receive a detailed audited report each year.
Think of it this way, it is basically what it takes to run, manage and maintain the home, divided by you and seven other owners. Really what this means to you… instead of buying a whole house and keeping up with all the expenses and maintenance worries, everything is taken care of and you get the benefit of paying 1/8th of the total price.
Owners can stay at their home year round, allowing you to enjoy all 4 seasons at Deep Creek Lake and Wisp. Ridge Run’s reservation policy equitably allocates time for all owners. There is no limit to the amount of time you can enjoy your home at Ridge Run.

Absolutely. There are a few peak times where only owners may occupy the home. However, your family and friends may use the home anytime there is availability beyond those specific dates.

Yes. Your ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed, which is recorded and guaranteed by a title insurance policy. Each owner is conveyed a 1/8 undivided, deeded interest in one of the fully furnished homes. Like any other real estate, your Ridge Run ownership may be sold, willed, transferred or placed in a trust at any time.
